Knoxville Place is a mixed-use student housing facility that services the needs of the residents. Approximately 740,000 SF, this 12 story high rise building consists of seven residential levels over 5 parking levels; the parking deck holds 833 vehicles. 219 dwelling units are provided, including 14 town homes along the North facade. Typical units are 2 or 4 bedroom units, however, 2 efficiency units are available for staff members. The lower level includes 10,000 SF of retail, 2 restaurants and a mini police station. The amenities area includes an exercise facility, a multipurpose room, a Student activity center, a library and a Computer Room. Study rooms are provided on each floor. A plaza level on the 6th floor includes an 32,100 SF outdoors Courtyard with a covered seating area.
