Clayton Place
Clayton State University- Lake City, GA
Clayton Place consists of 101 apartment style units with 374 beds. The project is divided into two wings separated by an ornamental stair element, with transitional elements provided at the intersection of each building. An interior courtyard is created by the placement of the two wings, perched along the edges of the two main streets.
The amenities includes a Fitness Center, Clubhouse, and a Computer Lab. The stair tower and water fountain are positioned along the main site axis defined by the site's entry steps. This serves as the focal point of the project. Site elements include an outdoor grilling and picnic area. Surface parking is also provided.
