This Student Housing Project is the nation's largest privately held university housing program, initiated by Georgia State University Foundation. The structure sits above a 1,000 stall parking garage and features a terraced landscape plaza. The design approach simulates the urban feel of downtown Atlanta, combining the needs of a high density housing project with the busy character of the surrounding neighborhood. The 2,000 bed, $168 Million dollar facility consists of four interconnected buildings located at the center of Piedmont Avenue and Ellis Street sits on 4.15 acres with 20,000 SF of retail space. The amenities area include a Clubhouse, Post Office, Meeting Rooms, Community Rooms, Laundry facilities, Police Annex and a Medical Clinic.
